In the glorious cool autumn, the expanding training of ‘new colleagues and old employee’ was held by HED. In the morning of Sept. 23, 2011, 60 persons including new employees, related department managers and backbone staff took part in this expanding training in Xipan Villa and Zhaoli, the deputy general manager also attended this activity.

The expanding training of this year focused the subject of ‘a(chǎn)dopted yourself to the new environment quickly, and new colleagues and old one discussed the vision. In the training items of ‘Puzzle’, ‘hand’, ‘rapid 60 seconds’ and ‘drum moving people’, four stages of high-performance team development including team building, team run, team shape and form a highly efficient team were included in each link by means of four steps of exchanging role, facing challenge, summarizing experience and sharing feeling

After the activity, colleagues shared what they learned from this expanding training. New employees described their career dreams and old employees shared their pretty enterprise life. Two day’s expanding training helped new colleagues become new friends and old employees become old partners, which was the base for a high-performance and high quality team in working.
